Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We are pleased to offer fast and reliable shipping within the United States. Orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 4 business days. Shipping rates are based on the total order amount, as follows:

Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or international addresses at this time.
Shipping Delays & Issues
While we strive to meet our shipping timelines, The Teehive is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carrier-related issues (weather, high-volume delays, etc.)
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 days of delivery with the following information:
- Order number
- Photos of damaged items (if applicable)
- Description of the issue
We will review and determine the best resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.
